Party Smart Facebook Giveaway 2024

Like, Tag & Win!! (hereinafter referred to as "Giveaway") will run from 19th April 2024 to 4th May 2024 referred to as the (hereinafter referred to as "Giveaway Period"). 

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered. 

 

The Giveaway is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia age 21 and above with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card. 

By participating in the Giveaway, participants warrant that they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, and any false information provided will result in disqualification. 

 

The Giveaway offers the following prizes:

How to Participate: 

To participate in the Giveaway and have a chance to win, participants must follow these steps:

4.2. Like the Giveaway Post.

4.3. Reshare this Post To Your Feed.

4.4 Tag 3 Friends and #HimalayaPSForABetterMorning in the comment section.

Each participants is eligible for one entry (one comment) to the Giveaway.  

 

Winners Selection: 

The winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Sdn Bhd from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. 

Only entries that meet the criteria 4.1 to 4.4 and is 21 of age and above will be eligible for the random draw. 

The decision of Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Sdn Bhd in selecting the winners will be final and binding. 

The winners will be announce by social media post within (2) TWO weeks after the Giveaway ends. 

All prizes will be sent out via post within (14) FOURTEEN working days upon receive the winners’ full information. 

 

The selected winners must provide the necessary identification or documents as requested by Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Sdn Bhd to verify their eligibility and identity. 

Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

 

By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Sdn Bhd the right to use their names, photographs, and any other relevant information for promotional and advertising purposes without any additional compensation. 

 

All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and awarding the prizes. The organizing company will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010: 

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that we may collect, use, and process your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. We will use your data solely for administering the Giveaway and contacting the winners. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. 

 

Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. 

Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures or malfunctions that may occur during the Giveaway. 

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and participants agree to comply with them. 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Giveaway is organized. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. 

The Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
