1. Himalaya Malaysia ships to East and West Malaysia.
2. Shipping charges is based on weight, size, and destination.
3. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 working days after dispatch (working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). We strive to provide you with a pleasant online shopping experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there may be instances when unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistical challenges beyond our control and for which we are not liable.
4. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday.
5. We use NinjaVan as our courier partners to delivery your packages.
6. Once the payment is confirmed and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking id and link to check the status of your package.
7. Payment can be made online via secure FPX Internet Banking with BillPlz payment gateway at checkout.
