    Indian Bdellium

    Indian Bdellium

Indian Bdellium is found across the world from Northern Africa to Central Asia. In India, it is found in the arid areas, mainly in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat. Commiphora wightii (Indian Bdellium) has anti-inflammatory properties, which soothe sore throats and help reduce inflammation. As an antioxidant, it can also help in maintaining overall health.

Grapes are expectorant and release the mucus from the affected parts of the respiratory system.

    Ocimum sanctum

    Ocimum sanctum

Ocimum sanctum is one of the most revered plants in India. In Ayurveda, it is often said to be the ‘elixir of life’. In the Ayurvedic tradition, Tulasi is used to support normal respiratory function, promote good health and longevity.

Diakof is effective for diabetic patients who experience both productive and unproductive cough. The mucolytic and expectorant properties reduce the viscosity of bronchial secretions and facilitate expectoration. Diakof’s peripheral antitussive (cough suppressant) action reduces bronchial mucosal irritation and related bronchospasms. In addition, the anti-allergic, antimicrobial and immune-modifying properties provide relief from cough. The demulcent action of Diakof linctus soothes respiratory passages.

    Directions for Use

Adults: 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls 3 to 4 times daily

    Additional Information

Diakof Linctus is safe for most adults when used appropriately, as directed.
